President and Principal Broker since 2001, Leah Caro has been with Bronxville-Ley Real Estate since 1992. As an on-site owner, her commitment to clients and over 45 salespeople is easy to see. Being open and available, with a hands-on approach, is an important part of her business model.
 
Impressive credentials include membership in the National, New York State and Westchester County Boards of Realtors, as well as the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations.  Leah is a Member of the Women’s Council of Realtors.

Additionally, Leah is the 2009/2010 President of the Westchester-Putnam Association of Realtors, the Chair of the Professional Standards Committee for the NY State Association of Realtors, and a Director at the State and National Associations.

Leah was Chair of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Rules Committee and was an integral part of guiding the Board of Directors to pass tougher standards. Leah is also certified by NY State to teach real estate license law, agency disclosure and ethics.
