COMPARABLE MARKET ANALYSIS The CMA is a written analysis of the market value of your property in relation to other properties recently sold and other properties currently on the market. Consideration is given to properties currently available because they are competition for your property.
MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE - Within hours, real estate offices in Westchester County and Putnam County receive notification of the availability of your property.
